Time for an update from your crime reporter...

Today, our former neighbour has been sentenced to 18 year in jail for the rape, strangulation and throat-cutting of a  young girl back in 1994. He is also going to be prosecuted for the killing of another girl, but he needs to be sentenced before becoming officially a serial killer.

Also the extensive case against my former employer had been finished. Dr. Jonathan Burns confessed (partially) in the fraud case with the Ministry of Health, and got away with three years probation and 100 hours of medical community service.

Former assistant deputy B.C. health minister Ron Danderfer, who accepted money from Burns in return for getting him some future contracts, pleaded guilty on one out of four of the claims and ended up with two years probation and a $3690 fine.

Jim Taylor, who signed off on Burns' ghost-invoices at the health authority in return for nothing, except for a well-paid job for his wife with Burns' company in which I was working with lots of pleasure as well, was the last one on the list. It turned out that he was still under probation for another fraud while committing this crime, and got 175 hours of community services, one year of house arrest, and $2000 fine.

Furthermore I'm in a legal case myself, against HealthSpace, who laid me off last year . They did pay me for one month of severance, But I've got documents that shows that this should have been three months. So that's worth starting a case. It's supposed to be on trial early next year.

So, that should have updated everybody. I'll keep you all posted
